Blended Approach to Training

Bridge-It Languages highly recommends using the blended learning approach to training employees.  We will facilitate the introduction of the new or updated material in a classroom setting  and combine it with the creation of a bilingual, multimedia training solution to be accessed by the employees on your company’s intranet or CD/DVD out on the floor’s workstation PC/laptop.

Most importantly about the blended learning approach is the retention of the training on the job. Retention is about remembering the information at a later date. The A.D.D.I.E. (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) process is the step-by-step process we adhere to in designing and developing a training program that will allow you to measure how much the learner has retained in 30, 60, or even 6 – 12 months later. The A.D.D.I.E. process is the quality control of the training.
