Computer-Based Training

Computer-based training (CBT) is our expertise, especially bilingual in English and Spanish. The CBT is more effective when it is used with a blended learning approach, which is facilitating the introduction of the new or updated material in a classroom setting combined with the creation of a bilingual, multimedia training solution. The CBT is accessed by the employees on your company’s intranet or CD/DVD out on the floor’s workstation PC/laptop.

Computer-based training is not placing paragraphs of material, bullet lists, or PDFs on the screen or CD/DVD. We take instructional material and design and develop it into interactive, meaningful, and memorable material that includes quizzes, click-and-drag activities, videos, and narration in English (computer generated or human voice) and Spanish (human voice).

The CBT does not stop after it is rolled out to your employees. Retention of the new instructional material is key. Retention is about remembering the information at a later date. The A.D.D.I.E. (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) process is the step-by-step process we adhere to in designing and developing a training program that will allow you to measure how much the learner has retained in 30, 60, or 90 days, and even 6 – 12 months later. The A.D.D.I.E. process is the quality control of training.
